is located in the coastal area between the towns of Obzor and Biala, which is the coming Bulgarian Riviera. The whole region is developing fast and has many offers, including water sports, horse riding, diving, hunting, fishing, etc. The first golf courses are soon to be constructed.

The towns of Obzor and Biala, with a population of 3,000, give a quite different impression of Bulgaria than the larger holiday resorts on the Black Sea coast with their massive concrete buildings. It is wonderful that these small towns preserve their traditional atmosphere, at the same time benefiting from the best white-sand beaches in Bulgaria, stretching out for about 7 km along the beautiful bay. The area offers a lot of alternative leisure-time activities. It is one of the best hunting grounds in Europe. The nearest ski resort is about 4 hours’ drive.

Located between the cities of Burgas and Varna, Obzor and Biala benefit from the proximity of two international airports. The towns are also a good starting point for trips inland. The major city of Varna, home of a number of universities, is about 55 km to the North and Burgas is about 70 km to the South. Istanbul, the gate between the East and the West, is about 5 hours’ drive. It is about 2 hours’ drive to the Romanian Black Sea coast and 5-6 hours’ drive to some of the wonderful nature sights and beaches of Greece.
